Hi You are looking at a Little Red Ridding Hood Cookie Jar. It reads ( 967 Hull Ware,  Little Red Hood, Pattent Applied for U.S.A ). It Has no chips or cracks but a tinny scrach around 1/2in long, its on the rim right above the basket,see picture 4 and there is crackling on the glaze .  There are Gold Stars and Flowers on her Dress. I'm not a Dealer so that all I can tell you about the jar. Thanks for looking :)
