Germination & plant growth are affected by temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. These factors are totally out of my control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk. Accordingly, I cannot guarantee seeds or plants to perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods.

Some plants and seeds are poisonous so please keep away from children and pets.

Plants don't like shipping and can look a bit wilted & bedraggled when they arrive at their new home.  The newspaper and snug quarters may cause some minor damage.  Some plants will even drop leaves in protest.  This is not cause for alarm.  Please remove your plant promptly & carefully from the box and give fresh water.  If this is a plant you are not familiar with, it helps to do online research.

Your prompt payment is appreciated and will reflect well in my comments on your rating.  If you do not contact me to inform me of any delays in sending payment, I will assume the item was not paid for.  Payment is due within 5 days of auction close date or ebay will be notified and negative feedback will be left. 

Items are shipped as soon as possible after payment has cleared in my account.  Shipping & handling charges include a processing/handling fee of approximately $5 per auction.  This fee covers costs such as supplies, gas, my time (to propagate & nurture plants, photograph item, list on ebay, package item for shipping), etc.  This fee may be higher if shipped outside of the USA.  Please do not bid if you are opposed to handling fees.  The shipping will be exactly what the USPS charges for postage.    

I describe my items as best I can and disclose everything that I notice; however, there may be something that you know or notice that I don't; so if there is any problem, please contact me first, as it is my desire to have your repeat business instead of negative comments.  I'm responsive unless my computer is down (rare) or I'm out of town (rare).  I do leave feedback and appreciate the same from buyers.
