CANNOT ship airsoft to NY (unless you have a permit), NJ, PR, Philadelphia, and some areas in IL. It is your responsibility to verify all of your local rules and restrictions. Any order to one of the above locations will be canceled.
If you order an item before 3pm, we can usually get it out the same day. If you order after, we will likely send it out the next business day, although there are a few exceptions.
We pride ourselves on delivering your items right away. We promise to get it out right away, and usually the item will arrive in 1-3 business days with UPS, and 2-4 business days with USPS. We try to ship UPS on most orders. Should you need the tracking information, simply contact us and we will be happy to supply you with the information.
Some sellers only ship to your paypal address, but we are flexible and will ship to the address you provide through ebay. Also, if you need any special accommodations, simply let us know in the order details box in eBay.
All our shipping is fast and insured. Additional insurance is offered through eBay, but again we already cover you. Let us know if you need an item by a certain date, as we will be happy to meet that need if possible.

If you receive an item, and it is damaged or defective, notify us and we can send you a free replacement. We occasionally will request photos. If you receive an item damaged during shipping, notify us within 24 hours, and we can file a UPS claim and send you a free replacement right away. Just be sure to hold on to the damaged products for 2 weeks in case UPS needs to inspect.
If you receive an item, and are not satisfied, we can refund you. We ask that the item is in the same condition, and with all required materials. To return the item, simply contact us for the return address. We can process it as soon as we receive the item, and refund your money within 24 hours. Depending on your payment method, the refund can show up immediately, or may take a few days. We will then refund the entire purchase price, less shipping costs.
If you receive an item that was different than the listing by our mistake, we will pay for the return shipping, and send you the correct item (and usually a free item or two).
