Report itemLive Steam 1 1/2"scale Bill Harris 2 truck Shay Project Description: Engine runs on air just fine. Complete set of prints are inc.(17 sheets) Trucks on plans are for 4 3/4 " guage but trks on engine are for 7 1/2" guage. (This was designed to run on either guage) This engine uses a T style boiler (Not Inc) and is easy to fabricate. One coupling on drive shaft is missing but again easy to fabricate.Smoke box appears to be complete and finished. This engine requires no special castings and is meant to be an easy build for the beginner. Overall lenght is about 43" & 11 3/4 "wide S/H 75.00 Ins.inc I will refund on shipping if it runs less. This item is from a non-smoking home. NOTE: I am consigning a large collection over the next few months, please bookmark me! We will invoice the winner within 2 hours of the closing of this auction.

Shipping: We pack all items very well and ship everything via USPS. It is the buyers responsibility to file any and all claims of damage or lost items with the Post Office. We will combine shipping when possible for items purchased within the same calendar week and paid for with ONE payment. Payment: We will accept Personal Checks. We will also accept paypal. There is a 10 day hold on items paid for by personal check. Payment must be received within 7 days or item will be relisted and we will file a non-bidder alert with ebay so that we can recover our ebay fees. Appropriate feedback will be given. On Nov-02-09 at 10:35:42 PST, seller added the following information: While taking some additional pictures the other day of this engine I noticed a serious break in the weld job on the underside of the cylinder block on one side. It will need to be resilver soldered . I am sorry I didn't notice this when first listed. I am posting this information incase I remove this item for sale. I still haven't decieded if I will fix it and relist it or sell it "as is". ( I don't like that term) This piece came from an auction where I had to purchase 3 lots to get what you see and the last owner is deceased so I have no history on it.
