Please note that insurance is not included, if you want insurance it is optional. If the item is damaged in the mail and you did not purchase insurance, it is your loss. I package my items how I would want it done if I was getting them - with care! I will ship ANYWHERE at the buyers expense - please ask for pricing before buying. Returns: If you receive an item that you feel was misrepresented, damaged or you are unhappy with please let me know. I will try to work something out, BEFORE you leave negative feedback. My reputation is important to me, and I will do everything I can to fix the problem. If you receive an item that was damaged BEFORE it was sent out, or not what was described in the listing, return it to me, then I will refund your money minus shipping charges. People with negative or no feedback: I have had several people not pay, or even contact me after buying. I don't mind selling to people with no feedback, but contact me beforehand so I can be assured you will pay for the item! If you have problems or questions I will be happy to help - but no communication is a quick way to get a buyers strike. Payment: Is expected before 7 days after the auction ends. If you are having problems I will be more than happy to work something out. However, if I do not hear from you at all I will file a unpaid item dispute after 10 days.
