International Bidders: Contact us before purchasing an item so we can figure out what your shipping and handling charges will be. We ship via UPS or USPS and packages must be insured, signed for when delivered and shipped to your Paypal address. Some packages are subject to additional shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Also, the buyer will be responsible for any taxes, duties and custom fees imposed by your country. We suggest contacting your local customs office before ordering as we cannot predict or control these custom fees as policies vary for each country. If you do not do your due diligence in regards to customs fees and are shocked at the cost, you are once again solely responsible for all charges as we do not accept returns. Packages may take as little as 5 days to as much as 30 days to arrive to your destination so please be patient and remember, we make ourselves available through email and VOIP/Skype and telephone if you have any questions. Return Policy: We do not accept returns and all sales are final. If something is missing and was not noted above, we will gladly resolve the issue, we are human after all. If we receive an item as undeliverable, refused or your parents did not approve of your purchase and have refused the package and are contacting Paypal because they don't have control of their children - we will gladly take the item back for a 45% restocking fee if the item has not been tampered with, otherwise, all sales are final and there are no returns. |

Shipping: We package and ship all of our items with the greatest of care. Each item that leaves our hands will 1.) come in a new and unused RSC (Regular Slotted Carton) brown corrugated box. 2.) wrapped with 40lbs. weight natural Kraft paper. 3.) wrapped in 1/16" Industrial Bubble wrap and double wrapped if required with extra attention placed on corners coming in direct contact with box. 4.) item suspended within box with Storo-pak loose fill cushioning. We have been on ebay since 1999 and decided to open a store and have seen enough when it comes to shipping. Don't expect our items to come to you in an undersized box because we gouged you on shipping. We charge a modest handling fee which includes our drive to / from USPS or UPS, the cost of our shipping supplies as mentioned above, the cost of the premium paper our invoices are printed on... you catch our drift. You have the option of choosing the cheapest shipping method or the most expensive. We would prefer you insure your item regardless of what shipping method you choose as we will do our due diligence in ensuring we take enough time in making sure we package your item to arrive in the condition it left, but we cant control the shipping carriers employees. :) |
