This brightly colored knit top is by Liz & Me.  It is 100% cotton knit in a predominantly navy blue batik-like print with floral designs in orange, magenta, green, and pinkish beige.  There are sequin accents on the front.  The neckline is rounded but shallow and the sleeves are three-quarter length.  The size is a 3X and the measurements are:  bust - 60", sleeve length - 17", and length of top - 28 1/2".  This pre-owned garment is in excellent condition and comes from a smoke and pet free home.
