"Nova Money Pro" v 3.0  Loan and Savings Calculation Software

Do you need an easy to use loan amortization calculator? How about a Savings account calculator? We'll you came to the right place. "Nova Money Pro" is just that. Easy to use, very simple design but very powerful.


A very simple dialog interface (shown above) results in a complete loan calculation as shown below. Including "Payment Amount", "Interest Rate", "Number of Payments" (in months and years) then provides a "Totals" summary. To calculate a standard fixed rate loan, simply enter the loan amount, interest rate and the number of payments (in total months) and Nova Money Pro calculates the payment, the principal paid with each payment, the interest paid with each payment and a running principal balance at each payment. Then displays an amortization schedule that you can print or save as a text file for future reference too!

You can also calculate and display a loan based on a "Desired Payment Amount". Let's say that you have an existing $250,000 mortgage balance but you would like to see how long it would take to pay off the loan if you increased your payment amount? This program can do just that. You tell the program what the loan balance is, the interest rate and your "Desired Payment Amount" and it will calculate how long it would take for the loan to be paid. See below:


What about "Savings Accounts?"
Need to calculate the future value of a savings account? Nova money Pro can do that too!With a simple dialog interface (shown below) you can calculate the future balance of a savings account.  Even if the interest on the account is compounded "Monthly", "Quarterly", "Semi - Annually" or "Annually".  If you will be making monthly contributions to the account, no problem. Nova Money Pro can also calculate the future account value with monthly deposits also.



The program can also save amortization and savings account schedules to a text file for future reference as seen below.
