Locking metal chrome ankle cuffs shackles leg irons

You are buying a pair of locking metal chrome ankle cuffs that function similar to leg irons.

These shackles are hinged on one side and they can be locked with a padlock.
Lock both shackles together to immobilize the legs, or lock the chain between the shackles to allow some movement.

These leg irons have an inside circumference of 10 & 1/4 inches. This is the only size I have.
The piece of chain is roughly 14 1/2 inches long.

Included: 2 padlocks, 2 shackles, 1 piece of chain.
