Customer Return

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. All products come with our 30 days warranty against defects, unless otherwise specified. If the product you ordered is defective, it will be replaced with an item of equal functionality. In case a replacement for a returned item is not available, a refund will be issued.

Following conditions need to be met to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

- Product must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all original accessories in the original box

- Returned products must not have any sign of abuse or intentional damage. All returned products will be carefully inspected before replacement

is shipped or refund is issued.

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges

- For the refund of non-defective returns, only product price will be refunded

- Returned products which are not incomplete may subject to 15% restocking fee.

How to return

- Leave us a message thru Ask Seller on the auction you won, or just email us at ask@digitaloutletinc.com to get a RMA number

(Return Authorization Number). We will send you a RMA form by email.

- Returned products must have RMA# clearly written outside the package and include the invoice and the reason of return.

- Ship via traceable means. We are not responsible for the lost package in transit.

- RMA number is valid for 10 business days from the original date of issue.
