If the product you ordered is defective, it will be replaced with an item of equal functionality. In case a replacement for a returned item is not available, a refund will be issued.

-       Returned products must not have any sign of abuse or intentional damage. All returned products will be carefully inspected before replacement

-         RMA number is valid for 10 business days from the original date of issue.
