After 14-Days, buyer must follow the product warranty policy if the item becomes defective. All items that carry a Manufacturer warranty (as stated in the product description) are end user warranties only and cannot be returned after 14-days for any reason. Items that carry a 30-Day warranty are covered by Niagara’s Electronics full replacement guarantee. Note, if we do not currently have the item in stock, a full refund will be given.
