We understand that occasionally customers may order products incorrectly or no longer need the products once they arrive. You may request an RMA if the item you received is dead on arrival, you ordered the incorrect part or we shipped the incorrect part.  If you wish to return merchandise you must request an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. We must receive the product within 7 days of receipt of the RMA number. Please include the following info along with your return to help expedite the process:
1. Proper packaging of the returned product
2. RMA and Warranty time periods are adhered to
3. All accessories are returned with product
4. Provide the return reason and a detailed description of the problem
5. The RMA number is visible on the shipping label, PLEASE DO NOT write on the retail box.

A restocking fee applies to all returned products unless the order was damaged during shipping or we shipped the incorrect product.  Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases where the restocking fee applies.

No refunds will be made after 15 days from date of invoice. However, replacement under the warranty (30 Days) still remains in effect.
