Payment: Payment to be made within 7 days, Payment can be made via paypal, Money Order, Bank Cheque and Direct Bank Transfer, Please ensure that item number is included when paying via Bank Cheque, money order or Direct bank Transfer. Please also remember that it can take up to 3 business days for Direct Bank Transfers to show up in our account. Goods will not be sent until payments appear.
Delivery: Shipping will take place on the following business day after payment has been received, Posted using Australia Post Regular Mail. If you require Express or Insurance the option for these services are available through checkout, however please message me if you have any difficulty. Although every effort is made to ensure that your item will arrive quickly we are unable to control Australia Post and at times the recommended delievery times can be extended especially in the lead up to christmas, if you require an item quickly then we do suggest using Express Post.
International Buyers: We welcome international buyers, however please note that Australia Post does not provide postal tracking, and payment is to be made by Paypal only.
Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of Adult Costuming, we do not refund or exchange on intimate items. Please read listing carefully, great care has gone in to ensuring that the measurements listed are correct, you will need to be within the measurements given (some costuming does have some extra allowances) if in doubt please message us as we are happy to assist you. If for some reason your item is faulty we will of course refund or exchange which ever you prefer (and as long as there is stock for an exchange)
