Longaberger American Crafts Original Casserole Bskt Set

You are bidding on a Longaberger American Crafts Original Casserole Basket Set.  The Set includes the Casserole Basket in the Warm Brown Stain, a Cornflower Fabric Over-the-edge Liner, a Protector and a WoodCrafts Lid with a Cornflower Pottery insert.  The set has never been used or displayed and is in it's original packaging in mint condition.  The set has also been in a smoke-free environment.

The Longaberger Company offered the Amerian Crafts Original Casserole Basket in the Fall/Winter 2003 WishList.  The American Crafts Originals Baskets were originated to honor the relationship between J.W. Longaberger and his basketmaking and the Pfaltzgraff family of York, Pennsylvania who designed pottery.  In the American Crafts Originals are Baskets and vintage pottery.  The Casserole Basket was designed like the bowl baskets.  The Basket is in an oval shape with 1/8 inch shoestring weave, 1/4 inch weave and 3/8 inch double upsplints.  It measures 9 inches long by 7 1/2 inches wide by 3 inches tall.  It has a kerf wood bottom that has the Longaberger logo burned into it and it has the Basketweavers initials and it is dated 2003.  The Cornflower Fabric was available beginning in the Spring/Summer 2001 WishList and it retired after the Fall/Winter 2005 WishList.  The Cornflower Fabric Liner is made of 100% Cotton with a stain resistant finish.  It does best when washd in cold water and line dried.  (Only solid color Liners were available with this Basket).  The WoodCrafts Lid has a Cornflower color pottery insert that is embossed with a rabbit encircled by a braided vine and a row of hearts.  It is a domed Lid with no knob.  The Casserole Basket is absolutely gorgeous!  The WoodCrafts Lid is a work of art!  This Basket would be lovely on a dresser to hold special jewelry, or display it on the mantel piece!

I prefer to ship all of my items US Postal Priority Mail.  I have found this service to be more reliable and my buyers receive their products much quicker.  If you purchase more than one item from me, I will combine shipping costs, just let me know your intentions when you win the bid.  Insurance is included in the Priority Mail shipping price.  Shipping is a little high due to the weight of the Basket and Lid.
