I do not have the box for the Tie-On but it is in Bubble Wrap

I've noticed in the pic of the inside there looks like a black dot. I can assure you there are no cracks, breaks, nicks, chips, stains, marks or damage of any kind on the basket. I don't know what that dot is but the basket is in perfect condition. And if you read below, I do offer a money back guarantee including shipping BOTH WAYS.
