SHIPPING:  Click on see more services under the shipping for various ways to ship this item.  All of our items are shipped with a delivery confirmation and insurance.  If an item arrives broken, please keep the box and all packing until the claim is resolved.  We pack very carefully.  It is important for us as well as you for your items to arrive safely.  We reserve the right to ship via Fedex.  

The shipping amount includes insurance up to $300.  If you are shipping to a post office box you must choose the post office charges.  If you choose UPS, we reserve the right to ship either Fedex or UPS depending on which way we are going that day.  Also if you choose UPS we need a daytime telephone number where you can be reached for UPS or Fedex.  I do not need your phone number they do. 

MULTIPLE SHIPPING POLICY:  I WILL COMBINE ITEMS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS.    FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES REQUEST A TOTAL AND I WILL ADJUST THE INVOICE.

TERMS:

Payment must be received within 5 days after auction close.  All shipments are made with a delivery confirmation. 

If no payment is received, then we will request refund from eBay for our fees; eBay will record a strike against you; The item will be re-auctioned.

ALL ITEMS ARE EXAMINED BEFORE LISTING AND BEFORE SHIPPING.  WE ONLY SELL QUALITY ITEMS. 

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason I will exchange or replace the product with another product.  You must pay for the return of the item and insure it.  Plus you must pay for the shipment of the new item. 

If you want a refund then, Refunds will be given minus Shipping, Handling and a 15% restocking fee.
