Longaberger Wrought Iron Beverage Rack Stand Removable Wood Shelf.  It measures 16 3/4" X 12 7/8" X 3/4".  

This shelf sold for $45 new, this is used and does have scratches, some are somewhat deep.  It has a place on the side of the shelf that looks like it did not get properly stained. 

They have been stored in a smokefree home.  Buyer to pay shipping and insurance via USPS.
