Surveillance Kit includes 14-inch monitor and 4 motion-sensing cameras. Instead ofwasting money by purchasing all of your surveillance components separately, take advantage of an expandable security kit that includes a monitor and four weather-resistant cameras. The 14-inch B&W Surveillance System w/Quad&4 Cameras has a 14-inch black&white monitor on which to view the feed from up to four different cameras. This kit also includes four PIR motion sensor cameras along with their required cables and mounting brackets. Viewing options include the quad mode, which displays all four camera images at once, each on a quarter screen. You can also watch the feed from a single camera or scroll through all four automatically, watching each for the length of time you designate. You can even zoom in on a particular location captured by one of the cameras, especially handy if an alert is triggered by the camera's built-in motion sensor. Finally, you can take advantage of the system's picture-in-picture feature, which allows you to view the feed from two cameras at once. Connect a time-lapse vcr (not included) to this system to record key events. If you choose to connect to a VCR to record your security feed, it won't affect your viewing options. In other words, even if you set your VCR to record the quad feed at all times, you can still scroll or view the feed from one camera. Alternatively, you can elect to record whatever is on the monitor's screen. Control the viewing options and preferences using the monitor's main panel or using the included remote control. Talk to a visitor through a specific camera using the "talk" button on the monitor; you can even listen to the response (only available with cameras that have a two-way audio feature). Enable or disable the monitor's pixel-based motion sensing feature for each camera. You can also select the level of each motion sensor's sensitivity.
