My wife and I are selling our family timeshare to pay off some debt, we have owned this property since AUG 2006 and due to military commitments and deployments are unable to use this as much as we would like.  I have included pictures of the deed, a FREE ALL INCLUSIVE (includes food and alcohol) week coupon (Valid Till AUG 2010) worth over $1500 that is included, and a layout of the JUNIOR EXECUTIVE SUITE.  I have edited out the contract number, names and addresses in order to protect our privacy for the Auction.  The Membership Benefits for this Timeshare do not expire until 2036, the contract shows the lease as being 30 years from the start date and on the FREE ALL INCLUSIVE Coupon it states the start date as being AUG 2006, the back of the Coupon states that it must be used within 4 years of the start date. You get 14 days per year, beginning week 36 however you CAN use it during any portion of the year depending on availability, all you have to do is call and request a reservation for the dates you'd like.  You can also use this timeshare at either the CANCUN or LOS CABOS property, the contract is for a unit at the LOS CABOS property on the 3rd Floor but you can trade or exchange as you wish, I believe this is also an RCI property and weeks can be exchanged via RCI as well.  If you have any questions please contact me, i'm more than willing to answer questions for you.  For more information on the facility, check out www.clubsolaris.com the los cabos property is very new, and the cancun property is amazing (we spent our honeymoon there).  The all-inclusive is great multiple resturaunts and bars on site and the all-inclusive includes alcoholic beverages.  The resort is within walking distance of historic San Jose Del Cabo and offers endless fun and a relaxing getaway.  Just like anything else i've ever listed on here, I will assist the widding bidder the best I can post auction with phone numbers and addresses so we can communicate in case you have questions after.
