We received these Motorola MC54HC138J one-of-eight decoder demultiplexers
as  aerospace surplus unused still in their original antistatic tubes. This
is the hard-to-find fancy ceramic full temperature DIP16 package.

This premium grade item is becoming somewhat hard to find and is limited
to second tier and obsolete suppliers. Includes three chip select inputs,
two active low and one active high. Used to route three binary coded
inputs to one-of-eight outputs plus enable.
