Terms of Sale

- Winning bidder (“Buyer”) pays via Paypal (preferred), money order or certified check.  Paypal only for international addresses.

- Shipping to U.S. addresses is $4.99 for USPS Media Mail shipping or $10.95 for USPS Priority Mail shipping.  Please consult shipping calulator for International addresses.   Buyer will be liable for any taxes or duties levied on th eitem.

- I am happy to combine shipping at the Buyer’s request.

- Please note that the Seller can not accept any liability for loss or damage to the goods while in transit to the Buyer. The responsibility rests with the carrier.  Shipping insurance for U.S. domestic addresses is available for an additional cost to the Buyer.   If the Buyer chooses not to add insurance, the Buyer accepts liability for loss or damage during shipment.

- Shipments are very carefully packed and routinely ship no later than one business day after payment is received.  Please let me know if there is a particular urgency in receiving your item and I will do my best to accommodate. While every reasonable effort will be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller can not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

- I reserve the right to relist this item if my emails are not acknowledged by the winning bidder within 3 days and if payment is not received within 7 days.

- The risk in the goods shall pass from the Seller to the buyer upon delivery of such goods to the Buyer.

- Items are sold “as is” and all sales are final.  No refunds or returns unless I mistakenly misrepresented the item as something it wasn’t.  I do my best to describe items as well as possible and take the best possible picture.  If you have any questions, please email me prior to bidding.
