Some have the usual scratches from normal use, but still all play fine on my system.

Payment is due within 5 days of the auction ending (unless bidding on others to combine shipping into 1 package). Please check my other auctions for SIMILAR items. I do combine shipping on multiple purchases when possible and the price is based on the overall weight of the package. PICKUPS are welcome at a $5 convenience/availability fee since we value our off-time and privacy. That is a flat one-time fee regardless of how many items you are picking up. Please make sure to schedule a pickup day and time rather than just showing up at our door unannounced since we do this out of our home and make sure we respond before coming.

We ship with 2 carriers (USPS and FedEx) and sometimes Greyhound and reserve the right to switch to the one that provides the best service for what you paid. So even though the calculator may say USPS, it may indeed go FedEx, but thankfully they treat packages better and offer a better service. We drop off our packages with our shipper every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and do not work on the weekends. Payments received for packages between Friday and Monday morning will ship on Monday. Payments received Monday afternoon through Wednesday morning will ship Wednesday and so on. You may send an email on Friday evening through Monday morning, but we won't be able to answer it until the upcoming Monday. Thanks in advance for helping us cut down on our email volume.

Our return policy is based on ebay and paypal's guidelines.  Now if there was a mistake and an item was described inaccurately then we would pay for return shipping.  All our items are insured so if any damage occurs during transit then it is up to the carrier to issue the refund, especially since we do our part to pack our items well.
