You are buying 2 Pieces of Acrylic fake plug. The stem is made of 316L nickel free surgical steel and the main body is made of Acrylic with Double Black O-rings for best fit on your ear.  This is very easy to use just unscrew the end off and you put it through your lobe and screw the end back on to complete the insertion. You will receive 1 piece of each gauge: 2g, 0g.
