X-Ray Film Illuminators

Up for auction is a Set of (2) - (4) Bay S & S X-Ray Film Illuminators / View Boxes Models 470E4 in good used cosmetic condition.  The cases for the lights have a several scratches and paint scuffs on them due to rough normal use.  There are a couple screws missing, but overall the cases are in good condition.  The illuminator screens appear to be in great shape with no signs of visible damage on them.  The internal light housings are also in great physical shape.  Unfortunately, one of the connecting power cords between the two units has frayed a little, but this could be solved with either a new cord or simply using some electrical tape.  Please refer to the provided pictures for details.

We plugged in the illuminators and powered on each bay in order to make sure the lights would come on.  It appears that each bay lights up flawlessly with no complications.  Each bay requires (4) 15-Watt "F15T8/D" fluorescent lights ((32) lights total).  All of the existing lights in both of the units are still in good working condition, but their life cannot be guaranteed with the purchase due to possible complications in shipping.  This particular model of view box has power requirements of 120 Volts, 10 Amps, and basic 50/60 Hz.  Included in this purchase is an attached 3-prong NEMA 5/15 power cord.  Other than powering on the unit and checking to make sure each bay was working correctly, no further testing was done to the items.  Due to seeing no functional problems with the illuminators, we must sell these items as in working order and as described.
