This Gymboree lot consists of 3 size 8 items--all used and in good condition.

-Skirt is dark denim, with pink rosebuds along the front pockets and cute ruffles at the back.

- Shirt is a cap sleeve, in lime green. There is a small stain on the front of the shirt.

- Dress--lightweight cotton will feel soft against your little girl;'s skin. The dress has a fun floral patter, and will be great for those final days of school.

Shipment Time

auctionPAL represents customers selling items all over the US. You will receive your item typically within 5 to 10 days after we receive your payment. We are continually working with Sellers, and our carriers, to minimize this time and get you your item as quickly as possible. If you have a question at any time regarding the status of your purchase, please contact us. Tracking numbers are sent to all buyers via email, after shipment by the Seller is confirmed, so you can track your package online.

Carrier & Insurance

Our standard mode of shipment is DHL Ground Service with Insurance. USPS Priority is available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and PO Boxes, size and weight permitting (contact us for a customized quote). If an item is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately (no later than 3 days after receipt) and save the shipping carton and packaging.

Combinations

auctionPAL represents customers selling items all over the US. So in most cases combined shipping is not possible because the items you purchase are coming from different Sellers. If however you buy multiple items from the same Seller at the same time, we will request consolidation of those items into one shipment to reduce your shipping costs.

auctionPAL wants you to be happy with your purchase. Should there be a problem with an item you receive, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. auctionPAL will issue a Return Authorization for items damaged in the shipping process or that are not as described in the auction listing; provided we have been notified within the 3 day period. Items must be returned in the condition received, complete with all packaging, documentation and parts. Warranty cards are to be unfilled for new items.

Once a Return Authorization is approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Returns must be shipped within 2 business days from your receipt of the label. The purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded after we receive the item.

Payment Methods

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal as it guarantees the safest and fastest processing of your transaction. Our PayPal ID is PayPay@auctionPAL.com . If you don't have a PayPal account, we can accept credit card payment over the phone. auctionPAL can also accept USPS Money Orders and personal checks; however, it will delay the processing and shipment of your item(s).

If payment is not received within ten (10) business days after the close of the auction, the transaction will be canceled and an Unpaid Item Dispute filed with eBay.

Sales Tax

5% Sales Tax will be added to items delivered to Massachusetts. If you are a Massachusetts based business buying for resale, please send us a copy of your Resale Certificate.

Warranty

Warranty terms are item specific. Each auction listing will state any applicable warranty.

Like New Condition

May show signs of minor "shop wear", but in most cases, you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference from new!

Fine Condition

Shows some visible signs of limited use with minor or faint cosmetic blemishes; however, product is in fantastic shape and has been exceptionally well maintained. Overall, the luster is like new and the product still functions as new.

Very Good Condition

Shows some cosmetic wear and tear associated with normal use but has been well maintained. Product does not retain the "new look" but is in better than average condition. All working parts are fully functional and in tact.

Good Condition

Shows frequent to heavy use. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include but are not limited to: scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, natural dings/nicks/gouges, etc.

Fair Condition

Shows substantial wear and tear and heavy use. The item and its functionality is perfectly in tact, but it definitely won't win any beauty prizes.

Poor Condition

An item in this condition has seen better days! It's on its last legs but good for parts, a dog chew or sentimental value.

Not in working order

This product is damaged and not working properly. The product may have one or many useful parts.
