PAYMENT METHODS
PAYPAL and POSTAL MONEY ORDER ONLY. Payment must be received in 5 days. It also MUST clear before I mail the item. If payment does not clear and you do not make effort to correct it, I will file an Unpaid Item Dispute. IF YOU PLAN TO PAY BY POSTAL MONEY ORDER... you are REQUIRED to send me an email saying so! This way, I know to look for it in the mail! If you don't like my payment policy then please do NOT BID!

SHIPPING & HANDLING
The Shipping and Handling for the item stated (flat-rate or calculated), is for shipping TO THE USA ONLY! (Please note that this is not the actual shipping charge, I do charge a small handling fee to cover additional expenses incurred in packaging your item/s: plastic, bubble-wrap, tissue, tape, packing peanuts, etc. Not all packing materials are free to me! If you don't like this then DO NOT BID!). I always put delivery confirmation numbers on all shipments and provide them to the buyer in a notification that the item(s) have been mailed. I do not use UPS or FedEx. For more detailed information about my shipping, please check my ebay "Me" page.

I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. I package your items with care but I cannot stop what may happen in the hands of the postal service. Insurance is optional on most items, however some items I do require it! An additional charge to cover the cost of insurance is based on the auction-end-value of the item. INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL on most items! Don't leave poor feedback for me if YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED/BROKEN when YOU decided NOT TO PURCHASE INSURANCE! (Insurance costs are calculated based on the USPS website)

NOTE: - For the safety of your shipment I will only ship to the address left with your payment. That means... I will only mail to confirmed paypal addresses not what you put in the notes section. If your Paypal shipping address is confirmed but wrong, and you didn't correct it prior to sending payment, your order is now going to ship to the wrong address and I will not be held responsible for this. If the package gets returned to me, you will be responsible and re-billed for the costs to re-mail it to a corrected address if you decide to follow through with the transaction-if you decide not to, you agree to follow through with the unpaid item dispute process so that my seller fees are refunded to me and you will be refunded what you paid minus the shipping. NON-PAYING BIDDERS & END LISTINGS
I don't tolerate deadbeat and non-paying bidders. It is not fair to the seller or other competing bidders. Do NOT bid if you do not intend to pay for the item and the shipping charges that you will incur or if you do not like my clearly outlined policy. I WILL file an unpaid item dispute and if you do not respond, I will choose to no longer communicate with you and you WILL earn an "Unpaid Item Strike"! And NO requests to modify prices to your liking or privately buy items from me! The price is as stated!

RETURN/DISPLAY POLICY
I will not be held responsible for the differences in the way that colors are shown on your monitor. I do my best to describe all items that I list to the best of my knowledge, and show them at many different angles in the photos so they are being sold in AS-IS CONDITION, therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL and EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE HONORED OR NEGOTIATED.

FEEDBACK
I reserve the right to cancel bids if a bidder has a poor history of feedback and/or bid retractions! Also, if you bid and wish to have the item mailed to a place/country I do not mail to... I reserve the right to relist the item as that is breaking the bidding policy here on ebay.

I give fair and honest feedback and I expect it in return.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/COMMUNICATION
All items are mailed within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment (so that means you're lucky if I get to mail it on Saturday!). I do send a notification to the buyer when I have mailed the item with the delivery confirmation number information. I do my best to process all items in a quick, courteous, and professional manner! I take pride in being able to respond to all concerns within 24hours of being asked so if you have any questions, please speak up!
