PAYMENT OPTIONS: WE ACCEPT ALL PAY PAL PAYMENTS but we do not utilize the "pay now" button on our auctions. We will provide the winners with an invoice that has the pay now option. Any incorrect payments to our pay pal account will result in a $1 service charge. Payments made via E-check usually take 4-6 business days to clear so please be aware of the shipping delay. We also accept money orders. We DO NOT accept personal checks- They will be returned!

SHIPPING METHODS: Due to the increase in delivery confirmation & insurance fees by the US Post Office, we now ship all packages via UPS- United Parcel Service. We utilize the US Postal Service for media and first class (parcels weighing less than 13 ounces) mail only. We do not provide any tracking numbers upon request until the package is considered "lost" which is at least 3 weeks following the shipping date.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES: The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping & handling fees which includes ACTUAL shipping costs (as quoted on the UPS & USPS websites) PLUS our handling fee listed in the following chart.

WINNERS: Please email us your complete name & mailing address. Be sure to include an address that UPS can deliver to- no PO BOXES!  Please state your payment choice- either Pay Pal or money order. We will then send you either our mailing address or a PayPal invoice.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & INSURANCE A $0.75 delivery confirmation fee will be added to all parcels shipped via the USPS. We also strongly recommend insuring the package as well. Cost is the actual rate charged by the USPS.

UPS CLAIMS: In the event that a package delivered by UPS is damaged- DO NOT refuse it or initiate the claim yourself! If you do and the claim is denied- WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REINBURSEMENT! IF we file the claim and it is denied- WE WILL reimburse you the item price + shipping but will deduct the handling fee. Simply keep the parcel with all of its packaging & EMAIL US! We will file the claim.

COMBINING AUCTIONS: We gladly combine multiple auctions in one box providing the size & weight of the package adheres to the restrictions imposed by UPS & the US Post office. We will send you ONE grand total which will include all items and other fees.

BUY IT NOW/ Ending Auctions Early: Sorry but we do NOT use "Buy It Now" or end auctions early.

BID RETRACTIONS: It is your responsibility to retract the bid up to 12-hours prior to the auction’s ending time. We do NOT make ANY guarantees that we will be able to retract a bid in the 12-hour window before an auction ends. Retraction is NOT an option once the auction has ended.

NON-PAYERS: Payment is expected within 7 days after the auction ends. If not received, we will issue an "unpaid item" report via Ebay to serve as a reminder & allow the time extension as per policy. All non-payers will be reported to Ebay & negative feedback will be left.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Sorry but we NO LONGER ship items out of the United States .

FEEDBACK: Once you have received the item (s), please post a favorable feedback for us and THEN we will gladly do the same for you in return. Please email us regarding any type of problem or complaint prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback. We do not offer refunds (full or partial) on clothing items if you disagree with the condition stated or if the items do not fit. We will refund the item if an error was made in the listing only.

A NOTE ABOUT HIGH HANDLING FEES:  BUYERS:  Are you upset by the high "Handling Fees" charged by sellers? Are you aware that Ebay has RECENTLY RAISED the seller’s fees to about 9%? So to sell a $1 item, a seller must pay Ebay $0.44. If a payment is sent via Paypal then there is an additional $0.33 plus more for the shipping fees. Thus the seller has made only $0.30! For a $10 item, we pay about $1.25 plus at least $0.60 more to Paypal! Our handling fee reflects these costs plus the additional costs of doing business like office supplies, gas to the Post Office, electricity, computer, camera, etc.  If you are as angry as the sellers are- please email your complaints to EBAY and tell them that you will not buy on Ebay unless they lower the Seller’s Fees. Then the savings will be passed onto the customers we serve.
