SHIPPING POLICY

I ship via USPS. Insurance is optional for most auctions (unless otherwise noted) but recommended because I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once I take them to the post office.

If your shipping charges exceed $8.95 (not including my packing fee), I will ship in a Flat-Rate Priority Mail box and refund the difference to you.

COMBINED SHIPPING

I gladly combine shipping. My shipping charges are based on actual weight. Just email me prior to paying so that I can give you an exact shipping quote or answer any other questions.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (GET IT FAST)

I also offer get it fast by shipping the very day or next day of receipt of payment by Express Mail. You must send me your Zip Code so that I can determine if overnight delivery is available to your area.

PACKING FEE

Included in calculated shipping charges is my $.50 packing, which helps defray they costs of packing materials and gas. Not all boxes come free from the post office! My fee may/will increase with multiple purchases due to extra packing materials. Just like my combined-shipping rates, my packing fees are also combined for multiple purchases to save you even more money!

I have invested a lot of money in several sizes of shipping boxes so that you don't pay excess shipping fees for boxes that are too large for your purchase and which require more packing materials to take up extra space.

PAYMENT POLICY

The Boutique now accepts PayPal (credit card & eCheck), money orders, and personal checks (10-day clearance). Payment is to be made (or initiated) within five (5) days of auction's end or receipt of invoice. No exceptions! If mailing payment, please email me when you mail it so that I know you have begun the payment process within my five-day payment policy.

Negative feedback will be left for all late payments!

I must enforce this policy because I have had a lot of bidders who pay late or not at all.

PLEASE communicate with me prior to the expiration of payment period if you have a problem which prevents you from paying in a timely fashion, and I will gladly work with you.

Please do not bid on an item if you don't intend to pay for it!

RETURN POLICY

I accept returns and issue refunds only if item purchased is not as described. In the rare case of a misrepresented product, item must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE: Food, beauty items, bath & body products, and clothing.
