We received these Phillips (Signetics) SA630N 1 GHz SPDT
analog switches as aerospace surplus still in their original antistatic
tubes. While this remains a mainstream device in surface mount
packages, these conventional 8-pin MiniDIP plastic packages
for thru hole pc boards are now very hard to find.

These BiCMOS analog switches are useful from DC to 1 GigaHertz
with a maximum insertion loss of 2.8 decibels. 20 nanosecond switching
speed. Unused input is internally 50 Ohm terminated. Bidirectional.
