You are buying the card in title. The scan you see will be the card you receive on a single listing but in the case of a multiple listing it may be different in any case I guarantee the card you receive will look as good or better.Unless noted all cards are in NM condition with very little corner wear & none will have any creases unless noted. NOTE:If you are purchasing a 70's or 80's Topps card they are known for centering issues & wax stains,but still are NM I will not send you something that I wouldnt want to own myself.Like I state below I am geared for the collector not the investor. ROOKIE CARDS: There are about a dozen or so different definitions of a rookie card , take a look around on ebay as you can see there is no universal definition that everyone adheres to. Some of the definitions are the 1st appearance on a card no matter the manufacturer(these would include oddball & college),1st appearance of a major manufacturer with a pro team (these include traded & updates),1st appearance by a major manufacturer main set(which were available to everybody over the counter, where a traded set had to be from a hobby dealer),1st card of a player after playing in the NFL which sometimes in the 70's & 80's a football card wouldn't be produced of a player for 4 or 5 years but it was still considered a rookie card. Baseball took steps to correct this in 2006, this will be better for everyone in the future if the NFL fixes this like MLB did but unfortunately it still leaves a mess for the last 35 years or so of cards. So in closing i wont debate what is or isn't a rookie card so if I have a card listed as a rookie & you don't agree please save us both the trouble & don't bid. PRICING & Shipping: I don’t use Beckett exclusively especially with vintage cards as I subscribe to 3 different price guides along with an online subscription to Beckett & have annuals from Beckett & Sports Collectors Digest from the past couple of years. I also do numerous research on ebay sell prices.I will try to keep prices reasonable using all the items available to me. I won't always be the lowest but I shouldn't be the highest either.
