All books has no to alot of yellowing of the pages. Please refer below to each books condition.

1) The Black Stallion- Copyright 1941-Renewed 1969- Book has normal wear to edges, corners & spine & front cover. Back cover has 2 large creases going straight up & down the cover. Sticker inside front cover that has been pulled partially off. No writing. Pages Tight. Good Book!

2) The Black Stallion Returns- Copyright 1945- Renewed 1973-Book has normal wear to covers, edges, large corner crease, and spine. Several stamps inside front cover of previous owner. No other writing! Pages Tight! Good Book!

3) Son Of The Black Stallion- Copyright 1947-Renewed 1975 with number line-Book has a little more than normal wear to covers, edges, small & med. corners creases & spine. Previous owners name looks to be scribbled out with black marker, small blue pen mark inside front cover. No other writing1 Pages Tight! Fair Book!

4) The Island Stallion- Copyright 194- Renewed 1976- Book has Very Light wear to covers, edges, corners & spine.  Previous owners name & horse sticker inside front cover. Last page of book has a date written in pencil at the bottom. No other writing! Pages Tight! Excellant Book!

5) The Black Stallion And Satan- Copyright 1949- Renewed 1977-Book has a little more than normal wear to covers, corner creasing, edges & spine. No writing! Pages Tight! Good Book!

6) The Black Stallion's Mystery- Copyright 1957- Book has light wear to covers, edges, corner creases & spine. No writing! Pages Tight! Very Good Book!

7) The Black Stallion And Flame- Copyright 1960- Book has normal wear to covers, edges, corner creasing & spine. Stamp on inside of front cover. No Writing! Pages Tight! Good Book!

8) The Black Stallion's Ghost- Copyright 1969- Book has alot of wear to covers, edges, corner creases, & spine. 4th page has blue pen mark. Has some dog earred pages. No other writing! Pages Tight! Poor Book! Good for reading.

9) The Black Stallion Legend- Copyright 1983 with 0 number line-Normal to a little more than normal cover wear, edges, small corner creasing & spine. Small tear on back cover, doesn't go clear through. No Writing! Pages Tight! Good Book!

These books are getting so hard for sellers to find because of such a high demand for them. They are vintage and these covers are no longer made. I try my best to put the best books together but sometimes there'll be some in rough shape as they are very hard to find. There are some really nice books in this set & some rough ones, but they would be great for the reader who loves horses! Get them while you can they don't last long!
