No refunds on wholesale lots.
Shipping & Handling: Please use the shipping calculator to determine the shipping costs. Please note that our shipping and handling covers our handling costs and other FEES. Since we show what the shipping amount will be prior to your bidding, please take that into account and don’t get upset once it’s time to pay for the item. If you pay for your items separately, I may still ship them together, but that doesn’t mean that you will get a refund on shipping that you already paid. This saves me time and materials, if you want to save money you MUST request a combined total AND WAIT for me to send it to you. Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories must use Priority Mail option. Keep in mind that Craft suppliers like Bolek's charge $8.00 shipping! If you feel the shipping of ours is too high, feel free to request an adjusted invoice.
Combined Shipping: If you are still shopping, please do not pay for your items until you are done. You have 7 days to combine purchases. If I am able to combine lots, I will.... if possible.

Tracking Number: Priority Mail does not come with standard tracking. They offer delivery confirmation; however, this does not tell you where the package is until it has been delivered. Therefore, we do not offer this service. Please do not ask for a tracking number after you have paid. There will not be one. If you are concerned ABOUT TRACKING, please purchase the insurance that we offer
Insurance: This service is optional, however this will give you a tracking number. If you are getting ready to pay for an item and do not see the insurance offered and would like insurance, please request an invoice with insurance. We are not responsible for items shipped without insurance. We rarely have any problems with the post office losing something, but if it does happen, it is NOT OUR Fault, so please do not ask for reimbursement if you have not purchased insurance. We are not responsible for ANY items shipped outside the United States. Once they leave our hands, we cannot be held responsible if they are lost or stolen.
Shipping time frame:
Paypal: Item shipped within 1-3 business days
Cashiers check or money order: Item shipped within 1-4 business days from date of receipt
Personal check: Item shipped within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
When I prepare your package for shipment, I will send you an email telling you when it will be shipped.
It is not necessary to email me and ask me where your package is if you haven’t purchased insurance. If you purchased insurance, you can email me after 6-8 business days for your tracking number if you haven’t received your item yet. If I ship within 1-3 business days and the USPS takes 3-5 business days, then it will take 4-8 business days to get to you from the time that I receive payment. ALSO, if you pay by ECHECK… please remember that I don’t ship until it clears! And it takes about 3 business days to clear. So if you’re impatient, please don’t pay with an echeck and then ask me within 3 days where your item is. It wastes our time. If I mess up and can’t mail your package when I should (Very rare), or if I don’t get the email from Paypal regarding payment (even more rare) and takes more than 3 business days for me to ship… I will normally include a free item with your shipment. We normally ship out on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If you pay for an item at 3PM on Tuesday, it will probably be shipped out on Friday (not Wed.), since I normally prepare packages to be shipped before my boys come home from school.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
We will only accept paypal from International bidders due to the length of time it takes to get mail from another country. If you are outside the US and cannot pay with paypal, please do not bid.
Payment methods accepted: We prefer Paypal, but we will accept Money Orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. Items purchased with Personal checks will be held up to an additional 7 days. If you are mailing payment, please include a copy of the check-out form which shows the item number and mailing address, or expect a delay in shipping.
Feedback: We realize that feedback is an important part of ebay. We do our feedback in batches, not one at a time. This saves us valuable time. Please be patient. We always leave positive feedback unless someone just doesn't pay or respond to any of our emails. We expect all items to be paid for within 9 days. If you are unhappy with your purchase or receive the wrong item, please give us a chance to rectify the situation before you leave negative OR NEUTRAL feedback. Contrary to popular belief, neutral is viewed as negative.
SOMETHING DOESN’T LOOK RIGHT??? If what you’re seeing in the picture and what is stated in the description don’t match, please ASK a question PRIOR to bidding. Sometimes I forget to change something. I’m only human. (For example, if the picture shows a reel without a flipping switch, but the description says it has one – something is wrong… so ask. If the title says “Lot of 4 reels”, but the picture and the description but show only 3, ASK.
A bit of information on who we are and how we do business....
I am the only one operating this ebay business of mine. I have two preschool aged boys, a husband, two 12 year old labs, a couple dozen cows, some goats and chickens and acres of grove to tend to along with this business. (Not to mention church and charities that we are involved in.) Please be patient with me. I don’t have lots of time to do this business and my time, as is yours, is very valuable. Please do not call me unless it is an absolute emergency. I do not have 5000 anytime anywhere minutes, so I prefer not to call you from my cell phone. This is an internet business and most questions or concerns can be handled through email. If you are a picky or impatient person, please do not bid on our items. We prefer our friendly customers. Thank you for your consideration. We do not work on the weekends (or at night), so please don’t expect an answer to emails on those days.

IMPORTANT: Please don't bid unless you plan to pay. Bidding on an auction is a binding contract.
