Vintage Quilt Pieces
This auction contains a large lot of vintage and modern quilt pieces, some machine-sewn and others pieced by hand.
Included are Dresden plates, small baskets, 9-squares, a large star, stacks of 3" x 5" rectangles and wedding ring pieces that come with the instruction book.
There are single squares suitable for pillows, four or five like squares that could also be made into a baby blanket, the Dresden and basket pieces that can be finished for quilts and two quilt tops that can also be finished as twin quilts.
The large star, which is hand sewn, measures over 74" from tip to tip but it does not lay flat in the center and will need a bit of work before it is appliqued.
Also included is a stack of cotton fabric, ranging in size from fat quarters or larger to small fabric pieces, some of which match the finished blocks in the auction.
