If you are having a problem with any of your item(s) you must notify us within 5 day after you receive the item to be eligible for an exchange. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product functions properly prior to reselling. If resold or outside of 5 days we will not be responsible for activation issues or functionality issues with the product. We will not be responsible for the buyers return shipping cost.
