Here is a collection of 11 silver oxidized oval medals of the saints, including some favorites and some unusual ones.   Each medal is 1"H and has a nice weight.  All have the words "Pray for us" on the reverse side with a spray of flowers and stamped Italy.  They all have a jump ring for attaching to a chain, bracelet or rosary.
