We respectfully request payment via PayPal.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days depending on package volume. Orders are shipped out in the order received unless expedited shipping has been paid, such as 2 day or Overnight shipping. Since our business hours are 9AM - 6PM CST Monday through Friday, we will not process weekend orders until Monday. Orders also may be delayed due to holiday. If couriers can not pickup or deliver, we cannot process your order.

    OKLAHOMA ORDERS: Sales tax must be collected on items picked up in our retail store or shipped within Oklahoma. EBay Handling charge will apply for local pick ups.

Factory warranties must be handled with the associated manufacturer after 14 days from purchase. All returns must have an associated RMA number to be valid. The buyer is responsible for return shipping of defective merchandise back to Megawatts. Because Megawatts is a product reseller and not a manufacturer, we are not responsible for factory defects. In cases of defective merchandise, Megawatts agrees to split the shipping costs with you, our customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to Megawatts, and Megawatts will consequently replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address on the original order. Software is only returnable if defective, and can only be exchanged for exact same item.
