Email us prior to returning any item.
Item must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
Items damaged during shipment that are not insured, become's the buyer's responsibility.
Refund value will be for the item only, all S & H costs are excluded from the refund.
A full money refund, including S & H will be given only if we mis-represented the item.
All other refunds will be for exchange of item or merchandise credit.
