Payment:
We take paypal, money order, cashiers check.
For paypal payments, please submit payment within
72 hours after the auction. For money order and cashier's check
please mail in out with 72 hours after the auction. For irresponsible bidders
who choose not to send payment after winning, we
will contact ebay for negative feedback and account suspension. We are
usually lenient if a $5 relisting and processing fee is submitted within
48 hours. We always work with our buyers. If you have special situations
on payment time, as long as you contact me asap, we will surely work with
you.
Shipping and handling:
Shipping and handling fee
includs both the actual shipping charge, packaging material fee, my time
to package the item and go to the post office, and handling charge.
We charge shipping and handling not only because it cost money to ship
an item, also it take time and effort to package items. We will ship to
a physical address only, NO P.O.Box please. Shipping is to U.S. address,
or if we agreed on outside of US shipping before the end of auction.
Refund policy:
When you receive the item, if you are not satisfied
with the item for any reason, email me anytime for a refund. Item sold as-is are not refundable. I give 100%
refund for defective electronic items. For non-defetive items and non-electronic
items, say you simply want to back out of the purchase, I only charge
a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fee
are not refundable. Seller not responsible for return shipping
charges and shipping damages.
