Up for bid is a lot of 2 weaving looms and an opened bag of weaving loops found at a recent southern estate sale. This was in a room for the grandchildren, and had a lot of toys from the 1970's and 1980's. I am assuming that these are from that era and were used for children to weave potholders and other craft projects. The lot includes both a plastic and best of all, metal loom. Both have a bit of wear to them--some surface scratches, etc. But color is still good and they are sturdy. All teeth are present on the metal one; the plastic one has one tooth missing. The bag of loops is maybe 2/3's full: net weight is listed on the bag as 10 ozs. and it weighs about 7 ozs. The bag is filled with mostly pastel colored loops, which I think aren't as common as the primary colored ones I usually find. Colors include spring green, yellow, orange, white, lavendar, blue, etc. Actually, as I look a bit closer, there is another small bag inside the bigger bag, that has smaller loops in it of what looks to be colored stocking material! I believe these are newer than the Jersey ones, and are more neon pastel shades--yours as a bonus and weren't included in the weight listed above. Please feel free to email me with questions, as I am not always sure what is of interest to you collectors.
I accept money orders and personal checks from bidders with a positive feedback history on at least 20 items. No returns unless I have failed to describe my item accurately. Buyer to pay return shipping.
Best of luck bidding on this vintage bag of jersey loops and weaving looms.
