Lot of 25 ULN2003A Darlington transistors array ICs. Each integrates 7 high-voltage, high-current transistors with reverse-voltage suppression diodes in a DIP-16 package. Suitable to both resistive and inductive loads, this is an ideal IC for controlling mechanical relays, solenoids, DC motors / steppers, filament bulbs, etc.

  • Output current per driver: 500mA operating (600mA peak)
  • Output voltage: 50V
  • Integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads
  • Outputs can be arranged in parallel for increased current capacity
  • Inputs compatible TTL / CMOS / PMOS / DTL
