Conditions:

Brand New: item is Brand New, unused, with no flaws

New: Item is New and unused but has a small flaw. For books a flaw might be minor shelfwear, remainder mark, tiny chip or tear. For cds a flaw would be punch in upc, notch cut in case.

Like New: Very close to New. If it is a book then it might have been read once but shows no spine crease, may show the slightest hint of wear. If it is a cd then it was opened and used only to rip music.

Very Good: In excellent used condition. Books in this category show some light wear from reading, light spine creases, edgewear, etc. CDs have been played but cd shows no scratches, cases and inserts present and look nice but may shows signs of wear.

Good: In normal used condition. Books show spine creasing and wear, may be beginning to show signs of aging, overall what you picture when you think of a used book. CDs look like they have been used, case may have a crack, cd may have light scratches but nothing that will affect play.

Fair: Books are readable with no missing pages but may be aging, have lots of underlining, significant wear to cover, tears, etc. CDs in this category may be missing insert or case, or may be damaged. These specific flaws will be noted.

Payment and Shipping Info:

I will gladly accept payment through PayPal, Money Order or Personal Check. If sending a Money Order or Personal Check you will have to wait until it clears into my account before I ship.

I ship 5 days a week Mon-Fri and will normally ship within 24 hours of payment clearing!

Insurance is optional and is $1.70 for each package for coverage up to $50.00. If an item is not insured I cannot be responsible for loss or damage by the Post Office.

Books will be shipped Media Mail unless otherwise requested.

Single CDs will ship First Class. Lots will ship either Media Mail or Priority Mail depending on cost or buyer preference.

I will be happy to combine shipping when possible! When purchasing more than one item just wait for an invoice that will reflect combined shipping savings. If you'd like a quote ahead of time feel free to contact me

Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. Once you receive your item/s and are happy with them I hope you will consider leaving me positive feedback, as I will be doing the same for you.

I will accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. If I made a mistake such as sending the wrong item then I will refund the cost of the product and all shipping charges. If the right item was sent and does not differ from the description but you are not satisfied with the product then I will refund the total less shipping charges. With used/opened CDs I may not be able to accept returns and issue a refund because they are able to be copied.
