We do combine shipping but keep in mind Weight is a huge factor. International shipping is first class under 4 lbs. and over 4 lbs. it is International Priority mail and much more expensive. We ship same or next day and expect Notice of Intent within 3 days - full payment within 10 days. After 14 days item is turned over to Ebay Dispute for collection. Buyer pays shipping and handling within 10 days of auction ending. N.Y. State residents pay 7.250% sales tax or send appropriate forms.
