This auction is for lot of 30 Motorola Razr V3.  The only tests we do are listed below.  These are used phone and as seen in the photo, some show signs of wear.  Since these are used phones, we do not guarantee the life of the battery.  What you see in the picture is what you get, these are used phones and like all used phones they have signs of wear.   Add us to your favorite sellers list to see what we have in stock at all time.

Return Policy:

•  We will accept returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items or items significantly not as described.
• Our policy allows for refunds as long as the Mutual Withdrawal agreement from Ebay has been completed in order for us to receive our Final Fee Credit, and a positive feedback must be left as well.
• If buyer opens a Paypal dispute no refund will be given until the dispute is closed.
• We are not liable for shipping costs back to us.
• Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return.
• Buyer must receive RETURN instructions from us in order to ship back the item.
• Any unauthorized return or a return not for a valid reason will be subject to a $15 processing charge. Shipping will not
  be refunded.
• Buyer has 24 hours from the time they receive the item to report a defect to us for a refund. 
• The returned item must be received at our address within 5 business days.
• Returns must be in original condition. It has to be returned to us in the very same condition you receive it in.
• We are not responsible for any shipping costs to buyer and from buyer when an item is returned.

Shipping Details:

• We ship our products through USPS
• We ship Priority Mail. 
• We ship overnight for an extra Fee
• We only ship to the United States unless otherwise specified.
• If there is a problem with receiving the shipment we are not liable, it is your responsibility to insure the item you purchased. 
• We will ship to Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and Alaska for no additional charge. The address must be Paypal confirmed.
   
  If you do not receive an email from us with shipping confirmation, contact us. Please allow a reasonable response time before filing a complaint or leaving a negative feedback. We will resolve every issue if given the opportunity.
