Payment Information
We accept PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks.
Checkout must be completed within 5 days of the close of auction and all payments must be made within this time period. If payment is NOT received within these time periods, all orders will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. Should Bidder require a reasonable extention of time to pay, Bidder MUST contact Oxford Depot before the end of the 7th day.
Shipping Information
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS at Buyer's expense. The final decision as to the method of shipping shall remain in the seller's sole discretion. Our Shipping and Packing charges are determined by the package size and shipped weight of the item. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs. Buyer pays all shipping expenses, which are based on zip code and weight. Merchandise usually ships within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that we are located in the Northeast and occasionally the weather may affect shipping times. Holidays may also affect your shipping times. UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please also note that large and irregularly shaped items may take longer to ship. Items Sold locally are now subject to a $5.00 Handling Fee, if item is not picked up within 48 Hours unless other arrangements have been made.
Insurance is HIGHLY recommended! We package our shipments very carefully but cannot be responsible for poor handling once it leaves our possession.
Return Information
All items are sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was grossly not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
