Return Policy:

•  We will accept returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items or items significantly not as described.
• Our policy allows for refunds as long as the Mutual Withdrawal agreement from Ebay has been completed in order for us to receive our Final Fee Credit, and a positive feedback must be left as well.
• If buyer opens a Paypal dispute no refund will be given until the dispute is closed.
• We are not liable for shipping costs back to us.
• Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return.
• Buyer must receive RETURN instructions from us in order to ship back the item.
• Any unauthorized return or a return not for a valid reason will be subject to a $15 processing charge. Shipping will not

• Buyer has 24 hours from the time they receive the item to report a defect to us for a refund. 
• The returned item must be received at our address within 5 business days.
• Returns must be in original condition. It has to be returned to us in the very same condition you receive it in.

• We will ship to Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and Alaska for no additional charge. The address must be Paypal confirmed.
