This auction is for a lot of (4) used Dell Latitude D620 laptop pcs. These have all been tested and come with a 30-Day warranty. The hard drives have been wiped for security reasons, therefore they will need new operating systems. COA and a few other stickers have also been removed for security purposes. These units are used, but are still in excellent functional condition. Expect minor wear and tear on some units. See specs and pictures below.

All batteries sold with any item are sold "AS IS" and are not covered under our 30-day warranty. We do not test the batteries, therefore we do not offer any kind of warranty on them.

Payment is due within seven days of the auctions' end. After seven days we will file for an unpaid item dispute unless payment arrangements are made.
We don't ship to addresses outside the United States for any reason.
The Shipping total applies to addresses within the continental United States only. Additional charges for shipments to Hawaii, and Alaska vary, please call or email for a quote.
Cascade charges sales tax when shipping to the following states: CA (8.75%), CO (6.4%), FL (7.0%), IL (9.0%), IN (7.0%), TX (8.25%), WA (9.5%), and WI (5.5%). Tax is applied to the shipping cost for IN, TX, WA, and WI. If you have a tax exemption we will need to keep a hard copy of your tax exemption form on file for our records.
All shipping charges include full insurance.

All items sold with a warranty may be returned within 30 days and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
All items sold "as is / untested" may be returned within 30 days and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee
Full refunds are available only if the item you receive is grossly misrepresented, or if an item advertised as working arrives in a non-working condition. Any return shipping/handling costs associated with returns is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty Information:
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY LIMITATION – NEW PRODUCT AND TESTED PRODUCT
Subject to the provisions set forth herein, (a) all New Products carry a thirty (30) day warranty from the date of invoicing, which provides that the New Product will perform to the original manufacturer’s specifications as demonstrated by the manufacturer’s diagnostics, (b) all Tested Products carry a thirty (30) day warranty from the date of invoicing, which provides that the Tested Product will perform as described in the auction details. Cascade’s sole responsibility is to replace or repair, at its option, any defective component. If the New Product or Tested Product that you purchased is defective, you must, within the thirty-day period, call Cascade to receive a return authorization number and return to Cascade the New Product or Tested Product along with the authorization number. New Products and Tested Products shall not be returned to Cascade without an authorization number. Cascade will perform the replacement or repair, at its option, within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed one (1) week (excluding shipping time). In the event the New Product or Tested Product cannot be replaced or repaired, Cascade will issue a refund in the amount of the original purchase price of the New Product or Tested Product. Any modification to the New Product or Tested Product by you voids all warranties and repairs to the New Product or Tested Product will be performed at Cascade’s then current hourly rates, subject to the then current minimum charge. In no event shall Cascade have any liability for any damages, whether incidental, consequential, punitive or otherwise (even if Cascade has been advised of the possibility of such damages), for any breach of warranty or any other act, omission, default or breach, including, but not limited to, any liability for lost profits, product recall costs or any loss of business or goodwill.
