Lot of (4) Marvel Comics Daredevil 1968-1971 - NICE!!!

In this auction, you have the chance to bid on a nice lot of four (8) issues of Marvel Comics' Daredevil.

#47 -December 1968's "Brother Take My Hand!" has a few areas of paper loss on the front cover - a 2" x 1/4" area, and three 1/8-1/4" spots, plus foxing and a moisture stain on the front, a strong spine, and a back that shows foxing and a few areas of discoloration. The interior is intact, but does show toning, faint foxing, a few areas and a couple of wrinkles.

#55- August 1969's "Cry Coward!" shows light toning, some lost reflectivity and faint foxing on otherwise supple paper. The front cover has a "6 23" stamp in blue ink. The spine is strong, and the interior intact and clean.

#71 - December 1970's "If An Eye Offend Thee!" has light surface wear and foxing, plus two 1/8" outer edge tears, plus a shallow crease towards the outer edge. The spine remains strong,and the back shows foxing and a few small areas of soiling. The interior is crisp, clean and intact, but is toned.

#76 - May 1971's "The Death March of El Condor" shows a 1/4" round area of soiling on the front,plus som light edge chipping, moderate foxing and wrinkling. The spine is strong with some stress lines and feathering, and the back shows foxing and a few ink notations. The interior is intact, but does show expected toning, plus the soiling from the front cover carries through to the first page.

All in all, this lot of Daredevil issues remains attractive and would make a FINE addition to any Marvel or vintage comic book collection!
