We do our best to correctly identify items. Hours of research go in to each piece before listing. We do not claim to be experts, but are experienced &  confident in our findings. We will not claim any purposeful wrong-doing in our  identification process. Please keep this in mind during your purchase decision making process. Full disclosure of condition is made in all descriptions to the best of our abilities, but we have on very slim occasion, un-intentionally missed an item flaw.

   We gladly ship internationally! Please advise your country of origin for a fair shipping quote! Due to recent USPS regulation changes, we may not be able to ship certain larger items without incurring extraordinary cost. Please make sure to ask before bidding!

**We definitely offer combined shipping, but are careful to pack too many glassware, pottery or delicate items together. If several items are purchased, we reserve the right to send these items separately to assume a safe delivery. A one dollar packing fee is included on most auctions, and may also be combined over various purchases. We use the best packing materials & techniques, also to assume a safe delivery to you!**

Due to the time & care we take to pack, we can only ship once or twice per week. If expedited shipping is necessary for any reason, please advise so we can make arrangements to get your item out to you - FAST!

Insurance is always available, and always recommended! As much as we'd be happy to refund you in the case of accidental breakage or damage, we cannot do so unless insurance is purchased.  :)
