Shipping:

We use the “Calculated” shipping method versus “Flat Rate”.  We want the shipping charge to be accurate based on location.  We do not charge a handling fee.  

We offer USPS (Post Office) Priority Mail, USPS (Post Office) Parcel Post and UPS (United Parcel) Ground service to give our buyers the option of choosing the cheapest shipping cost.  If the eBay shipping calculator appears to quote a seemingly excessive rate (especially for USPS Priority Mail), typically it is because the buyer is in a fairly distant zone. Please contact us with any questions you may have concerning shipping.  Again, we want to make sure shipping costs are accurate and fair.  

Combined Shipping:

For bidders that WIN Multiple Items which offer combined shipping discounts, please wait for a notification from us to advise you of how many of your items we can condense for shipping and what method would probably be of least cost impact to you.

Insurance:

Although we package our items with care for shipping, mishaps can occur.

We will “Require” Insurance usually when the item is Fragile, Non-Replaceable or of a Value we feel needs protection for both the Buyer and Seller. Responsibility for the value of the item will be between the shipper and the Buyer for these scenarios.

We will make Insurance “Optional” typically when we feel it may not be absolutely necessary BUT Buyers should always be aware that taking the Insurance is usually in their best interest for protection should the item get lost or damaged when in transit.

Feedback:

As a seller, eBay feedback will be given for all buyers once we are certain you are 100% satisfied with your product and you have provided eBay feedback for us.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us to try to resolve the problem prior to leaving us any neutral or negative feedback.
